How to use it
- Add your photos.
- Press Convert.
- Check how much metadata was removed.
- Save the cleaned files.
Example: selling something online
A JPG taken at home carries GPS coordinates, the phone model and the exact time. After cleaning, those fields are gone and the image data is unchanged.
Tips
- Colour profiles are kept so colours look the same.
- Photos with a rotation flag are re-saved at 95% quality so they stay upright.
Privacy
Remove photo metadata runs entirely in your browser. Files are never uploaded, never seen by advertising or analytics scripts, and are removed from this tab 10 minutes after you add your first file, or straight away with Delete now. Copies you save to your device stay yours.
