How to use it
- Add your images.
- Choose how to resize: percentage, width, height or fit inside a box.
- Keep proportions on to avoid stretching.
- Convert and save.
Example: product photos for a shop
A batch of 4000 × 3000 photos resized to 1200 pixels wide become 1200 × 900 images, usually under 300 KB each at 90% quality.
Tips
- "Fit inside a box" never enlarges small images.
- Very large images are scaled to 16 megapixels to avoid crashing phones, and we tell you when that happens.
Privacy
Resize image runs entirely in your browser. Files are never uploaded, never seen by advertising or analytics scripts, and are removed from this tab 10 minutes after you add your first file, or straight away with Delete now. Copies you save to your device stay yours.
Questions
Can I make images bigger?
Yes, with percentage, width or height. Enlarging cannot add detail, so expect softness.
Will resizing change the format?
Not unless you choose a different output format.
Are files uploaded?
No. Resizing runs on your device.
